Return Condition: The product must be in its original, unused, and undamaged condition, with all accompanying packaging, labels, and accessories intact.

Additional Conditions for US Collection:

Refund Percentage: For products from the US Collection, the refund amount can be up to 100 percent of the original purchase price, depending on the extent of use and the product's resale value.

Refund Percentage: For products from the Indonesian Collection, the refund amount can be up to 75 percent of the original purchase price, depending on the extent of use and the product's resale value.

Return Shipping:
Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping, except in cases where the return is due to a Noble Aroma error or a product defect.
